Between the Seasons: Preparing for Winter's Stillness

A Shamanic Half-Day Retreat

As we approach the Winter Solstice on December 21st, we enter the most inward time of the year. A sacred threshold where darkness reaches its peak and the quiet promise of light begins to return.

To honor this potent turning point in the Wheel of the Year, you are warmly invited to join us for the Winter edition of Between the Seasons, a seasonal half-day retreat devoted to stillness, introspection, and soul nourishment.

Together, we’ll explore themes of deep rest, inner light, visioning, ancestral connection, and embracing the gifts of the dark.

This is a space to slow down, soften, and listen — to the Earth, to your body, and to the quiet wisdom within.

This moment between the seasons offers a powerful pause. A chance to ground yourself in deep presence before the return of the light. Rooted in nature and guided by ancient rhythms, we gather to remember that even in the darkest night, the spark of renewal is already stirring.

𖦹 Journaling, introspection and reflection
𖦹 Optional sharing
𖦹 Breathwork and/or sound healing
𖦹 Rituals & ceremony
𖦹 Creative expression
𖦹 Homemade herbal tea & light snacks
